Guidance & Legal: providing guidance to the council of owners to ensure matters are handled in accordance with the relevant legislation (this does not include providing legal advice).
Insurance: through a qualified insurance broker, obtaining quotes for the annual insurance renewal and arranging renewal of the insurance in accordance with the council's instructions.
