Desktop Portal

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETTING YOUR USERNAME & PASSWORD:

To set your username and password in order to log into the desktop portal, you will first need to download and sign up for the mobile app (instructions below). Once you've completed that process and your login has been verified, you can use the same username and password to login to the app as well as the desktop portal.

 

For all owners & residents - 

  • Real-time levy contribution position, copies of levy notices and payment history

  • The ability to pay your levy contributions online

  • The ability to report & track progress on common property maintenance items in real-time

  • Important documents including:

    • Insurance Certificate of Currency

    • Agendas, Minutes and other documentation for General Meetings

    • Strata scheme documents such as the scheme plan, by-laws, house rules, etc

    • Other information relevant to the scheme

For council members - 

  • Monthly or quarterly financial reports (as requested)

  • Full management level access to track progress of common property maintenance items in real-time

  • Important council documents including:

    • Agendas, Minutes and other documentation of council meetings

    • Other information relevant to the council

Mobile Phone App

Access your building in the palm of your hand!

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING/ GETTING STARTED:

Step 1: Visit the App Store (for iPhones) or Google Play (for Androids) and download "Stratafy".

Step 2: Once downloaded, open the app and click on "Sign Up" (bottom right hand side of screen).

Step 3: Click on the "Residential & Commercial Strata" option.

Step 4: Enter the Property ID which is your strata plan number (if you don't know this, contact us).

Step 5: Complete all other fields with your information and set your password.

Step 6: Our office will verify you as a new user of the app for your building (as long as we have you listed as an owner or tenant). You will then receive a notification email once you have been verified and you're then ready to start using the app. Your same username and password can then be used to access the desktop portal.

For all owners & residents - 

Everything you get on the desktop portal, plus:

  • Community chat forum to connect you to other residents

  • Where applicable, ability to book your private use of common facilities

  • View upcoming community events at the complex

  • Important announcements

  • Push notifications to your phone for immediate updates on essential services (eg. lift or utility outages)
