We will:
Always be professional, courteous, thoughtful and respectful in all of our communications with you
Respond to phone and email enquiries within 1 business day (sooner for emergencies)
Undertake continued professional development to ensure that we are up to date with industry changes
Organise your Annual General Meeting within 2 months of the end of your financial year (*)
Issue notices and agendas for General Meetings at least 3 weeks prior to the meeting date (*)
Issue minutes of all meetings to the council within 2 weeks of the meeting (earlier if required)
Seek advice annually from a qualified insurance broker as to your best options for your insurance renewal
Issue work orders and quote requests within 1 business day of the request, with emergencies attended to immediately
