Strata Life WA was founded to deliver industry leading strata management solutions by utilising technology and working smarter to provide affordable, efficient and accurate administrative services whilst our experienced staff provide proactive guidance, advice and managerial functions for our clients.

It is our mission to make this impact positive, and this is why our focus is on the people involved, not just the matter at hand.
Our company directors have lived, worked and invested in strata properties over several years and have experienced 'strata life' as landlords, residents, commercial occupants, members of the council of owners and office bearers. Their ability to relate to all stakeholders in a strata scheme is based on first-hand experience from all points of view.

If we fail to deliver on our promise to you, we will provide you with free strata management services for one month.
Always be professional, courteous, thoughtful and respectful in all of our communications with you
Respond to phone and email enquiries within one business day (sooner for emergencies)
Undertake continued professional development to ensure that we are up to date with industry changes
Organise your Annual General Meeting within 2 months of the end of your financial year (*)
Issue notices and agendas for General Meetings at least 3 weeks prior to the meeting date (*)
Issue minutes of all meetings to the council within 2 weeks of the meeting (earlier if required)
Seek advice annually from a qualified insurance broker as to your best options for your insurance renewal
Issue work orders and quote requests within 1 business day of the request, with emergencies attended to immediately
